WHAT IS ON SITE?
Bed linen, towels and tea towels, tablets for the dishwasher, cleaning products and toilet paper are provided by us free of charge.

BREAD SERVICE?
Every day (except Sundays and public holidays) for a fee, fresh breakfast pastries delivered to the holiday home.

NON-SMOKER?
UOur holiday homes are non-smoking, we are happy to provide ashtrays for smokers on the terrace and balcony.

PETS?
For reasons of hygiene, no pets are allowed in either holiday home.

PARKING?
Private parking garage with direct access to the rooms.

BICYCLE AND SKI STORAGE?
A large ski room including ski boot dryer is located in the basement. In summer, you can also keep your bicycles securely here.
To clean your bikes, there is a water hose and enough space in the garage.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE?
We ask our guests to leave the houses by 9:00 am on the day of departure. On the day of arrival the holiday homes are available from 3:30 pm.
For late arrival or early departure, the agreed rental price is to be paid.

CANCELLATION?
Up to 3 months before arrival the cancellation costs are the deposit amount and from 3 months before arrival the cancellation costs are 100% of the booking value. We offer cancellation protection through european travel insurance.
