Austria’s largest glacier ski area offers the best conditions for an unforgettable active holiday in Neustift in the Stubaital. The glacier can be reached from our holiday homes in just a few minutes by car – or you can take the free ski bus, which departs from the immediate vicinity of the houses. Other ski areas: The slopes of the Elferbahnen are suitable for advanced skiers, while the Schlick 2000 ski centre and the Serlesbahnen Mieders are particularly suitable for families.

In the Bikarena Stubai you will find numerous bike routes for beginners and pros. Around 240 km of bike trails, uniformly signposted according to the MTB Model Tyrol, attract visitors in summer with around 13.000 metres of altitude difference. You can also start numerous tours from your holiday home.
For guests who want to experience action and fun at the highest level, the Elfer DOWNHILL trails await – the 11er (natural technical trail with root passages and flow sections) and the 22er (with jumps and steep bends, medium level of difficulty)

The Stubai Valley offers a number of swimming opportunities – both indoor and outdoor. At the landscape lake in Kampl or the health lake in Milders you can enjoy the sun and the cool water or take advantage of the leisure facilities on offer. After an active day on holiday, you can spend relaxing hours in the sauna or on the fast slides at the Stubay sports and adventure pool – you can also swim lengths or relax in the wellness area at the Neustift leisure centre.

There are also plenty of playgrounds in Neustift and the surrounding area waiting to be explored. The Klaus Äuele Kid’s Park is a 5-10 minute drive from the holiday homes – a special playground that promises plenty of action. Little adventurers will find everything their hearts desire here: from a swimming pond with a raft, a water playground with a water wheel, a flying fox over the water to a balancing climbing course and much more.
